Cozy Knitting x2!

Hi all,
This week is knitting at Craft Social Workshop, hooray! Please read the options carefully because we're providing 2 different patterns depending on knitting experience... all are welcome!

COZY WRISTLETS:
If you're a brand new or unsure knitter, this is the pattern for you!! We'll have you knitting in no-time and soon enough your wrists will be nice and cozy.
PLEASE BRING:
~ size 11 knitting needles
~ 2 balls of "Lionbrand Hometown USA" or "Jiffy Thick & Quick" yarn

BUTTON SPATS/WRISTLETS:
Have you mastered the knit stitch and are looking for more of a challenge? Ready to start purling? Or are your ankles and wrists chilly? This is the pattern for you!
PLEASE BRING:
~ size 9 needles (if you're buying new ones, please consider 16" circular needles. We'll be using them next month when we learn to "knit in the round")
~ 1 ball of medium weight yarn (I used "Yarn Bee Andes Alpaca from Hobby Lobby)

Wise Owl Keychain: Painting Workshop

Hi everyone,

This week we're painting at Craft Social, hooray!! If you've never painted but would like to have fun creating something cute, this is the workshop for you. The project is very beginner friendly & "non-artistic" friendly, I promise! Plus you'll have a chance to make 2 - one for you and one for a friend. Can't beat that :-)

FYI Workshop Update!!

Hi all,

Just a quick note to let you know that this week's workshop (Oct 13th) will be cancelled due to a family illness. I'm working on scheduling a new date with Joyce (hopefully to make some sweet Christmas goodies), but in the meantime please say a prayer for her mom who's in the hospital.

We'll be back next Thursday, October 20. Hooray!!
